What I seem to recall was that the 15 minute sample is at the same strength as the 30 minute level 1 ... which is why I have been using it for two months now.

Its a little bit like having a free introduction lesson in your local gym,
you allowed to use only one machine for each sample lesson,
it happens to be warming up exercise machine.

The punch is definitely lying in the complete program, otherwise I just get warmed up every day
without necessary gaining more muscle power in the long run & I can't use the support of the qualified training staff.

I just started level II this morning and it was a truly a bell ringing experience,
whoever thought this out has the air of genius in it  8)

don't take my word for it, just keep warming up and enjoy it,
any move is better then sitting still and do nothing  :)

Great parallel and great advise!

LOL. I know exactly what you mean about this. I got a bit bored with Level 1 after a month (sorry, guys), but the bells and other sounds on Level 2 are much more exciting. I do find myself wondering what that rustling noise is though...

I gather from a couple of messages I've received that my post above may have caused a bit of concern in some quarters. So I would just like to clarify that I am a very happy user of the Brainev system. I got good results from Level 1, and started to notice benefits almost immediately.

My comments above were meant to be tongue-in-cheek. I simply wanted to indicate that as a listening experience I found Level 1 a little less interesting than the other levels, so I had to try a bit harder to avoid letting myself get distracted. I founds the later Levels easier to immerse myself in, partly I think because there is more variation in them.

But I do absolutely recommend all six levels to anyone considering trying the system. Hope that's all clear now. Phew!

Nick  :)

Hehe, well I for one am thrilled you're enjoying it, Nick! :)

The rustling noises were probably recorded here:

The whole thing is expertly mixed. I am amazed myself at the quality!
