Time of day when listening.
« on: September 20, 2015, 11:53:09 am »
Does it matter what time of day you listen to the MP3 recordings? Does it matter if you do them before you go to sleep or through the day rather than in the morning? Does it help to do the same time each day? Thanks.

When I listen in the morning, it helps with dealing with situations and people during the day. When I listen to it before bedtime, it helps make my dreams more vivid and interesting. After work, it helps to transition into the evening. Any time of the day is good, and you can have a specific purpose for listening then. The important thing is that in general the way you respond as things come up in your life will change for the better. It is much more than the experiences you have while actually listening or in the time afterward before the effects wear off (regular brainwave patterns are restored by habit, or the normal emotional set point returns, or any other way you want to phrase it).
