High anxiety getting calmer

First week of level one c sleeping some better, waking up a little earlier and feeling a little calmer at work where I have High Anxiety. Hoping to continue to become calmer as I progress through the month(s).

There are going to be challenges but hang in there and once you get to level 6 which is where I am, you'll see the benefits being reflected in your life.  8)
