And would it have a very negative effect on the training?

Thanks for your opinion.

You bought it. It is yours and you can use it any way you want to. If you want to get the advertised results, however, you have to follow the instructions. Skipping level 2 means that you will not experience 3 through 6 correctly.

Of course it's possible, but in general I would not recommend it.  The levels are meant to be a progression.  More so, just because level 2 is a "lower" level, does not mean it is "less than" level 3 in effectiveness.  Everyone experiences the different levels differently.  For me, level 2 was the HARDEST level.  You won't really know what you are potentially missing unless you do the level.  You could get to the end and feel you could have skipped it.  Or you could get to the end and be very glad you didn't.
