« on: February 28, 2015, 05:57:48 pm »
I have graduated. I have doggedly gone throguh all 6 levels and can honestly say that NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I do quite like llevel 6 which is very relaxing; but there has been no knock on effect. IM very disappointed.  :'(
I seem to remember a refund possibility which Id really liketo hear about.

I find level 4 the least relaxing. Actually none of them do much for me but level 4 is just tedious.  ???

Hi Tiffany. Thanks.
My sleep hasnt been good for many years. The problem isnt going to sleep but that i wake up early in the morning. I very often cant get back to sleep again.
I have tried all the sessions over a period of two or so months, nitghtly. For a long time i was playing the sleep loop/ After a while i found that just annoyed me, to wake up hearing it playing and it had no effect. At the moment i am on the suggestions tape with the rain which i quite like but it has no effect on waking. Sometimes my sleep is better than others but thats always been the case. :-\

Your BrainEv Journey - MAIN BOARD / Half way through level 3
« on: November 22, 2014, 09:08:40 am »
Im over half way through level three. I am enjoying the programme but have to say i havent noticed any real changes. Level 3 is quite relaxing (altho i have to focus hard on not seeing someone swilling water round a bowl which is how I imagine it was made). It also causes me to see colours, which I quite like. Ive also tried the Sleep salon and although persevering long after the 'money back' period, have to say that its made no difference. Maybe this is another programme that doesnt suit me (sigh). ::)

I found level two slightly disturbing  to begin with; but Ive just finished it and I missed listening to it this morning! It became like a friend.

Thanks Infinite. I was wondering also if you could use it alongside the Brainev programme; Ive started that and i know they say not to overload the brain.

I just started today and am REALLY hoping for some results.  Have to say I a bit afraid of the above happening (ie nothing at all), so while I appreciate you speaking your truth, it makes me even more wary :-\

Sleep Salon Experiences & Questions / sleep salon
« on: August 29, 2014, 09:28:56 am »
I would llove this to work for me but am very cautious - I have tried so many things over the years. M problem is not getting to sleep, but STAYING asleep I wake up in the early hours of the morning and more often than not dont get back to sleep. Is anyone able to tell me whether it can help with this??
