A lot of people have problems with level 3.

That's pretty cool.

Yeah, sometimes it feels like I am wasting my time in terms of
attempting to gain huge benefits but I feel as if I might benefit
in some way if I go at it again.
I do however participate in other brain training programs.
www.iqmindware.com is a really good website.
I have fallen off lately because of school picking up.
Thanks

Any advanced users still using Brain Evolution?
I'm on my third run now.  I don't THINK I feel a difference but then again
I never paid attention to my thoughts and emotions since my first run
so I could never really describe anything.
I'd like Infinite's opinion on this....

Nutrition and behaviours still play a part.

Ex. If someone has a crappy diet, drinks, smokes,  does not exercise while listening to the brain ev. program they are robbing themselves
of fulling grasping the full gains Brainev has to offer.  Trust me, you will benefit and gain brain enhancements by listening to this program.

Analyze your daily habits and write down any potential negative habits/people that inhibit your well-being.  You say you are moaner and complain when things do not go your way?  Don't expect a brain entrainment program to automatically cure you of these things.  Boundaries come into play and if you get stressed easily or on the things you can't control you have to invest in some significant self-reflection and work on yourself.  You're a moaner?  Be a fucking man and deal with the problem for fuck sakes.  Stop being a sissy.  That's part of being a man, accepting the uncontrollable.  Women want a real man, not a man that sounds like he's on his rag.

Maintain the benefits by doing the program over again.  It is not hard.

Bye.

Ok thanks.

I don't think I've used level 7 consistently enough to notice SIGNIFICANT gains or it could possibly
be I have listen to levels 1-6 back to back and about to start my third session as soon as I finish Level 6 again in a couple of days.  As well
I use other brain training programs and techniques and not just audios.  I have noticed better concentration right after I listen to level 7.  Maybe if I listen to it 6 days a week instead of 1 or 2 I will notice significant more gains?

Use the headphones.

Okay I bought level seven tonight and played it.
My head it hurting now after 3 hours.  I guess I underestimated it seeing how I use brainev as well as Braintune audios.
I didn't think Level 7 would do anything.  Again, my head is hurting.  I will keep you guys posted.

I haven't noticed any significant amping up due to the sounds.  I'm bipolar so I am always amped up.
I am a bouncer so I have noticed listening to the brain ev system before going to work helps me with my state and my level
of calmness when I am cussing someone off or practicing my hapkido on a dunk guy.
Mmm....

-Pimps has spoken.

^Oh yeah, totally meant well.   I just have to toughen up the newbies.  Don't mind the language.
