Individual Level Questions / Re: Level 2 and 3 brain state

I think it's common for the experience to change from week to week and for the effect to be 'less strong' as you continue to listen to each level.

It always seemed to be okay for me to fall asleep while listening.  However, if you're not noticing anything and you want to notice something, maybe for you, you should try not falling asleep.  Maybe try switching to listening in the morning.

Hi Marg,

If it were me, I would start from scratch.  I personally did two rounds (starting from scratch the second time) without about a year in between.  While the overall experience was not as "strong" as the first time, one week surely would not have been enough.  Also, Zen12 is not as powerful/doesn't go as deep, so I don't think it would "spoil" any potential results from another round of BrainEv (at least not after the first couple of levels).

Best Regards

One theory is that the mind/body is working on removing a "blockage" of "stuck" energy.  Ie. you had some negative thoughts/feelings that you couldn't handle/process so you "stored" that energy in a particular place, now you are working it out and releasing it.

I concur with Inedible.  In my experience, the effect of every level continued to shift as time went on.

I think with BrainEv, it is best to let the mind do as it will based on the stimulus, not try to force it in a given direction.

Hello, and welcome!

Hope you enjoy the experiece.

Best Regards,

Also keep in mind, BrainEv is brain 'training', BrainSalon is not.

BrainEv is designed to produce 'long term' benefits by it's 'training'.

BrainSalon is designed to give immediate/short term results.

Please let us know how it goes as you continue on.  I hope the experiences become more 'enjoyable', but also keep in mind the objective is not how you feel while listening, it's how you feel after (and particularly after finishing the level).

Hi Dimitri,

The first week or two of every level was typically eventful for me, but I would find things would generally calm down after a week or two.  It sounds like you are experiencing something similar.  I would suggest you continue on and give it 6 or 8 weeks before passing a judgement on the level.

Individual Level Questions / Re: Should i stop using BES on 5 level?

Also, I'm not clear on how long you've been listening to level 5, but if you are only a few days into it, the issues you are having with it may sort themselves out with a little more listening.

Level 5 is the "deepest" level.  Seems like you listen in the morning.  If it's making you tired/mentally sluggish, you could also try listening in the evenings.  Could help give you a deeper sleep.

Level 6

I was really looking forward to level 6 as during the first round it seemed to really pull all the levels together for me.  Perhaps it did to some degree, but I don't think I've felt any really notable changes beyond what I felt on level 5 this time.  But this is hard to say.  It has been a time of great stress, and yet I've been able to stay level headed throughout this time, although I could surely feel the stress in my body.

I pushed this level out to about 12 weeks.  I figured, "why not", as it is the last level and I probably will not do another round at least for quite some time.
