Meditation when Used in Conjunction
« on: February 15, 2015, 03:06:10 am »
They say use a simple breathing meditation when listening. I was wondering to what extent meditation aids in the process of brain entrainment. I'm currently testing meditation without brainev, and then switching back to using it. (Level 1 only) Other than a relaxing stream of water I don't find much of a difference. Perhaps I should switch my attention to the music, rather than my breath?
Would it speed the process up if you entered a state of stillness whilst listening? Maybe you can simply listen without meditating and it will have the same effects. Perhaps BrainEv should only be used to assist meditation, rather meditation assisting brain ev.

Anyone want to shed some light?

You should be able to simply listen without "trying to meditate."
